Pick any date on the calendar to see and check off that day's rooms — every date keeps its own factual record. Admins can set the standard Monday/Wednesday/Friday plan, or customize any single date.

Checking a task off saves it to a shared database right away — everyone signed in (Adam and each cleaner) sees the same record for that exact date. Tap Customize on any date (admin only) to rename rooms, add or remove tasks, or set the standard plan for every day of that week.
